About: Vijaykumar.NRR, Worked with first generation SME Entrepreneurs in their business challenges (Pain Areas) for last 17 years from Strategy to implementation in IT industry from Start-up’s to medium. He has leadership experience of over 10 years, with the last eight years in fast growing Start-up’s and Multinational Organisations working on New/Emerging Market development, Seed growth Challenges, Resources (People & Infrastructure), Systems, Practices, Marketing, Branding, Change, Risk, Vendor, Research, Transitions, Mergers & Acquisitions.
He has done his under graduation Bachelor of Science (Electronics) in Bharathiyar University and he completed his Post Graduation from IMT, Ghaziabad in Human Resource. He has completed a certificate course on Planning and managing growth in Business facilitated by Mr. Michael V.Gohil, President, Business Owners Worldwide Inc., USA & XIME.
He has Coaching experience of over 8000 hours with participants from Entrepreneurs to Employees from domestic to MNC’s.
His Vision: Transform 1,00,000 Entrepreneurs’ lives from firefighting to Excellence and thus adding value to a minimum of 10 million lives directly.
When Started: Operations started with a Research project in 7th March 2009 but Company incorporated in 9 September 2010
Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Starting Singapore operations shortly.
What motivated you to start your Business?
Hailing from the city of Entrepreneurship have seen the changes Entrepreneur’s can bring in to the society. But when they have a failures it goes very personal and destroys themselves and shatters their families. I wanted to do something for this (Might be a childhood dream got shaped up) for long time and I realized during the recession period in 2008 about what I wanted to be know as in this world.

Aequitas Global imparts strategic business solutions for Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (SME). We started our first project in 2009 with a Market Viability Assessment and Value research. We make possible for the Entrepreneur’s to implement strategy in day-to-day operations. Our strategic business solutions covers the challenges with Entrepreneur (Learning, Change, decision making etc.), Process, Clients, Resources (People & Infrastructure), Systems, Practices, Geography, Marketing, Branding, Change, Technology, Pricing, Market Acceptance, Social Media, Business Communications, Finance, Investments, Risk, Vendor, Research, Transitions, Mergers & Acquisitions.

What have been your biggest challenges in running your Business so far?
There is no business model which we could depend upon, we created the business model that will work for us and the clients.
How did you overcome these challenges?
We did research, tried, failed and understood.
What have you found the most effective way to get new clients?

What advice do you give to other business owners?
Don’t quit no one knows what you try to do but evaluate what you do with a Mentor because you need to validate your plans. Work with the Mentor long duration.
How did you keep motivated through difficult times?
The real motivating factor is that I did this keeping in mind that I can change the life of millions of people and their families and also what will happen to them if I don’t do this (Negative Motivation)
What are your Marketing, Funding and Team Building Strategy?
Create value for your customers and keep networking which will help to find opportunities. Generate the fund by revenue that is what we say to Entrepreneurs so we follow it by ourselves.
Follow your heart and listen to people you will find the right team. We hire people for their natural attitude and continuously develop them on skills.
Your Achievements?
Mentored over 50 startup’s till date (Active Mentor in NEN), We have executed challenging project which has saved millions for our clients. Because of the credible work with NEN now we are partnering with a Global Accelerator in their Research and Mentoring program for Startup’s in India.
Have worked with multiple industries as Logistics, IT, KPO, Manufacturing, Engineering, Energy, E-Commerce, Retail, etc.
