Company Overview : The University Express is an online magazine that shares all the latest happenings from every part of the University of Delhi.

The entire organisation is managed by and for the students of Delhi University.

The University of Delhi is a premier university of the country and is known for its high standards in teaching and research and attracts eminent scholars to its faculty. It was established in 1922 as a unitary, teaching and residential university by an act of the Central Legislative Assembly. The President of India is the Visitor, the Vice President is the Chancellor and the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India is the Pro-Chancellor of the University.

The University Express aims to connect all the 80+ colleges of Delhi University and help them grow under a common roof. We also try to ensure that we give proper assistance and guidance to all the students who aspire to come and study in the Delhi University. We focus to provide them free councelling regarding the colleges and courses and answer their queries to the maximum extent.

The Team of University Express :-

Rishav Kumar- The man behind UE – our CEO & Chief Editor after scoring 98% in Economics and topping all India in CBSE (in economics) is now pursuing the subject of his interest – Economics(hons) in Shaheed Bhagat Singh College. He did internships with different companies in his 1st year in Marketing and carried out writing as his interest. The Economics blogger is incharge of the Editorial Department and also cordinates all the other departments.

Radhika Mehrotra- The Co- Editor at UE, works under the Chief Editor. She’s currently pursuing Philosophy(Hons) from Gargi College and is working as a Sub-Editor for her department bi-annual magazine Gnosis. With hots for scribbling most random yet sensible pieces and reading good contemporary writers, she’s a feminist and believes she’d someday bring a change. UE gives her an edge to pursue her dream to be a writer and enhance her skills to its very core.

Bhargavi Sahay – The HR Head who handles human resources. After scoring excellent percentile in Class 12th boards, she is currently pursuing History(hon) from Gargi College. She was an ex-intern in Catalyst Consultancy and Recruitment firm where she learnt all the basics of HR Management. She is also the vice-president of History Society of her college.

Prachee Rana- Currently pursuing B.Com(hons) from Hansraj College which itself says the story of her 90+ score in class 12th. She is our HR Manager and works under Bhargavi Sahay. She has great managerial skills and wants to achieve
an undisputed professional identity in the corporate world.

Siddharth Vij – The Head of Public Relations Department is currently pursuing Economics(hons) from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College. Apart from scoring sky high percentage in studies, he is also the co-founder of Debating Society –
Revolutionist.

Yojana Ranasaria – A sophomore pursuing B.com(hons) from Hans Raj College. She is our PR Manager and works under Siddharth Vij.Apart from being excellent in academics, she loves organizing events and networking with people.

Sankalp Mathur- The Marketing and Business DevelopmentHead after scoring 93% in Science stream is currently pursuing Economics(hons) from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College. Creative and innovative person, he wishes to bring change in the society for the better with pioneering ideas and fertile knowledge. The intellectual property of UE is multitalented and is the founder of college’s Debating Society – The Revolutionist. He also holds an Executive post in the Economics Society.

Anjali Mahipal – The Marketing Executive, currently pursuing B.com(h) from Hansraj College. She scored a brilliant 95.75% in Class 12 and topped all India in Maths with perfect 100% score. Apart from academics, she is also the Co-ordinator for placement cell and Commerce society of Hansraj College, CA of career launcher, Concepts Tree and Spanedea.

Mudita Bahl – A corporate dreamer at heart. She’s the Marketing Executive. Studying B com (H) at Sri Ram College of Commerce with 97% in CBSE Class 12th. She is the Senior Executive member of the History & Political Science Society of SRCC and an organizing member of the College’s Student Union.

Avantika Bakshi – With a 93% in 10th, and a 100 in the most least liked subject, Social Studies. A further 91% in 12th, came to persuing bcom(prog.) by fluke from Kamla Nehru College. A member of Equal Oppertunity cell of DU, Member of Commerce Society,was an ex-intern with HDFC(forex dept) apart from being into extra curricular!
