What Motivated you to start your Business?
The problem which nearly all end users faced and had no solutions for that.
Tell us about your Business
TechKart provides remote solutions for software malfunctions in PC’s, MAC and mobile devices and supplementary peripherals. In market there are number of manual service providers who can do a repair job, but that is a time consuming process and its costly. That is where TechKart comes into work, clients just need to dial us and with their permission we take the remote access to their device and troubleshoot the problem within minutes
What is a Day in a life of you like?
With a laptop and data card always hanging on our back, we attend college and do everything what a college student does. As soon as any of us receive any call we take our laptops out and start working wherever we are. So for us work is fun.
One particular skill you got right and gave you best results.
Creating an urgency in customers so that they don’t think before paying, for a good sales man pitching is the most important thing which gives results.
What have been your biggest challenges in running your Business so far?
A good web developer in our team and unavailability of initial seed funds.
How did you overcome these challenges?
Still figuring out the solution, we will be up and running by the first week of December.
What have you found the most effective way to get new clients?
Online marketing, Ad-Words, Facebook marketing and Search Engine Optimization.
What advice do you give to other business owners?
Don’t hurry in launching the campaign, take your time make a rock solid base and then give a kick start.
How did you keep motivated through difficult times?
With such an amazing team, each one helping each other keeps us motivated.
