B, Founder & Director – Mathan is the founder at BMLAB and spearheads the innovation and development functions at BMLAB.A Maths grad by qualification, Mathan has a wonderful record when it comes to innovations by exploring new horizons.BMLAB always draws his innovative instinct and creative abilities to move towards establishing an energetic environment.
- Srikanth Ramamoorthy, co-founder and Director – As a co-founder and director, Srikanth oversees the operations, Finance and Client servicing functions at BMLAB. This is a logical extension of the execution and control responsiblities he earlier shouldered at various MNCs.A Physics grad from the University of Madras, always credits and values the previous experience to build a energetic environment.srikanth as an equal partner with Mathan, continues to play the sheet-anchor role, sustaining and continuously enhancing the company’s excellence.
- Madavaraj. G, co-founder and Director – Maddy, as he is more popularly known among colleagues, has a vast experience in the field of marketing. As a Director, maddy heads the various operations in the company including end-to-end service delivery, client relationship and direction to employees.Maddy is a graduate in Business Administration and a post doc in Marketing and Finance degree from ICFAI carries loads of experience with expertise in Marketing.

What Motivated you to start your Business?
I have single but solid reason to start bmlab.96 percent of the technologies we use are imported from abroad. We have a large amount of human resources with us. However, due to lack of sufficient awareness we dependent to other countries for Our technical requirements .
Tell us about your Business
While R&D is often thought of as synonymous with high-tech firms that are on the cutting edge of new technology, we use simpler techniques to technically correct the technology which has technically created Havoc.The world at this present juncture has failed to look at various aspects provided by the mother nature. We at B.M. Research Lab Private Limited take this as an opportunity to conduct Re-search.
One particular skill you got right and gave you best results.
My special skill is to create inventions that will benefit everyone.
What have been your biggest challenges in running your Business so far?
Normally people believe that solar, wind mills and inverters are the only renewable energy resources available in the earth. But the reality is entirely different to their belief.
How did you overcome these challenges?
Simple. Most people understand when they see the product and we also make them understand through existing customers experience .
What have you found the most effective way to get new clients?
See first we always tap our natural market who are easy points of access for us!!!! We have to build confidence and a rapport with them!!! This will make them to share their experience to other people may be their friends or relatives!!! So we have a wonderful probability that their friends might be in same field so they will be interested in our product and thus they will approach us!!! This becomes a cycle!!!. So we should always do proper service so that we never run out of client base.
What advice to you give to other business owners?
Make instant decisions never delay things because today’s idea is not new the next day.
How did you keep motivated through difficult times?
Just the never say die attitude and the passion towards the ultimate goal will always keep you motivated! You should have the urge to succeed that should be the key focus so the attitude to win will automatically motivate you during difficult times.Passion will do wonders in life.
Whats your Your Marketing, Funding and Team Building Strategy
Marketing Strategy : Marketing strategy will be always provide a qualityproduct with a quality customer service because marketing will require a good product and a good service to back it up.
Funding Strategy: Funding strategy will be raising funds through royalty and similarly creating relationship with existing companies for joint ventures!!!! Also tap the natural market and every other source applicable.
Team Building Strategy: Team building strategy is identify the people who will work with us grow with us and ultimately be the backbone of the company and pioneer its way to glory!!!!
