I wanted to live independent and my passion towards fashion & antique jewelry drives me to start this business

What have been your biggest challenges in running your Business so far? How did you overcome these challenges?
The biggest challenge is getting visitors to my website and Instagram followers. I started posting High-Quality images on Instagram. Few of my friends shared my website & Instagram page on their Instagram stories. Social media helped us a lot in getting huge traffic to our website.
What have you found the most effective way to get new clients?
First, Try to understand the customer requirements, Try to be in their shoes. At one point will get to know about their pain points, We have to provide solutions for that. Customer satisfaction is the primary key for repeated orders.
What advice do you give to other business owners?
Customer is God, So never ever cheat them with fake promises
How did you keep motivated through difficult times?
That I can spend more time with my family.
What are your Marketing, Funding, and Team Building Strategy?
We use only social media platforms to get traffic to our website. We always post interesting content and interactive content. I wanted to support Handloom Industry & their families by selling their products online and spend entire profits on their children education & health. Soon we are going to launch Handloom products also in our website
Your Achievements?
We successfully fulfilled 300+ orders in first 25days without spending a single rupee on Marketing & Promotions. We got more than 25000 Instagram impressions in just 8 days. On an average, We are fulfilling 10 orders daily now and most of the orders came from Instagram only.
