If you already have an Ad-sense account then it will link to it and verify your account else you will have to paste a code in your website so that webmaster can know that you are the authorized owner of the site.

In the same website you can submit your website url to search engines for indexing,This is like a permission for indexing, which of course you want.

5. Link-baiting and Social Media
