Alluri Manoj Varma (Founder & CEO) – As Megafore’s chief executive officer, Manoj is responsible for day-to-day-operations, as well as leading the development part at the company. He founded the Megafore in February 2013. Previously Worked for Microsoft Geo Expansion. Manoj holds a PGDM in Marketing & Operations from IME, Ghaziabad and bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication engineering from the JNTU, Kakinada.

What motivated you to start your Business?
We have seen a lot of dependency on US based websites like (Yahoo, google, facebook, Bing, MSN) for accessing latest information and other updates. So we thought of starting and developing an Indian Site and business with a Global reach.
Tell us about your Business?
We started initially with Webhosting services, later diversified into Mobile Apps. Development, Product Development,Online Advertising, E-Mail Marketing, Online Learning Tutorials & ERP.

What have been your biggest challenges in running your Business so far?
Achieving break-even and getting right projects.
How did you overcome these challenges?
Lowered the operating cost and building effective team, Infrastructure and Network.
What have you found the most effective way to get new clients?
According to me the best way to get new clients is to use the existing portfolio and Building the right network.
What advice do you give to other business owners?
Keep yourself as simple as possible. Don’t spend on unnecessary things. Be Straight Forward.

Going through various success stories and Videos on motivation.
